1. Order CancellationBefore Processing:Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@mithip.com or through our customer support.After Processing:Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. You may, however, be eligible for a refund under our refund policy.

Refund PolicyEligibility for Refunds:Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:You received a damaged or defective product.The product delivered is significantly different from what was described.The order was cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.Non-Refundable Situations:Change of mind after purchase.Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.Failure to collect the order upon delivery.Digital Products & Services:Please note that purchases of digital products or services are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the product/service page.

Refund ProcessTo request a refund, email us at support@mithip.com with your order details and reason for the refund.All refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
